FoldARE

Description

FoldARE is a Python-based platform for RNA secondary structure prediction and analysis, with a strong emphasis on ensemble-derived insights and comparative evaluation.
It serves as the web interface for the FoldARE suite of tools (GitHub), enabling users to:
- (i) generate predictions using its novel two-step, pseudo-SHAPE-guided algorithm (described here).
- (ii) conduct comparative analyses across multiple standalone methods.
The FoldARE-compare module performs comprehensive statistical evaluations, delivering consensus structures, similarity metrics, and highly detailed yet intuitive interactive visualizations. Additionally, the FoldARE-compare-m6A tool enables fully automated assessment of how RNA modifications, particularly m6A, affect secondary structure in terms of both location and structural impact.
All tools are accessible through a centralized landing page, complete with concise descriptions introducing each available feature.
